Survive and Save

These awards follow a three-tier structure: Bronze, Silver and Gold level. At each level, after taking the core module,  life savers can follow their interests by completing a variety of different awards: medallion, sport, stillwater and beach.

Life Support

For this awards you will learn the basic knowledge in Life Saving skills to deal with an emergency. This award teaches CPR for adults and some basic First Aid, ready for you to move on to Life Support 3.

Life Support 3

Designed to establish excellent levels of knowledge and ability to administer Basic Life Support to casualties of all ages and in a variety of emergency situations. This is the highest level of life support accreditation.

NPLQ

The National Pool Lifeguard Qualification is used as an International standard for lifeguards around the world. It teaches safety in and around the pool along with First Aid, CPR, water rescues and spinal injury care. This is one of the highest standard awards in Life Saving.

Life Saving Instructor

We are always looking for people with the skills to teach life saving awards to other people.
